If you are having trouble logging into our software, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

This issue occurs when your login credentials might be entered or saved incorrectly. Your software login credentials are the same as your account credentials.

Step 1: Check your account email address is entered correctly

Head to your account page and log in with your Minimal Audio account.

If you're able to log in successfully, check that the email address displayed inside your account matches what you've entered when logging into the software.

Step 2: Password reset

If you're unable to log in successfully, click Forgot Password and it will prompt you to enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email. Try logging in again and check your email address.

Step 3: Update email address

If you're still having trouble logging into your account, it's possible the registered email was misspelled. Please update your email address or send us a request.

Step 4: Log in to your plugin(s) with updated credentials

Once you have successfully updated your credentials and logged into your Minimal Audio account, head to your DAW, open a new instance of the plugin, and enter the updated login credentials.

Step 5: Submit a request
