Evoke - Bypass Character Modes
Hi! I recently purchased Evoke, even though I donāt use vocals much in my projects, because I saw a lot of potential in using it as a multi-FX and processing tool. I was just playing around with it and felt like the Character modes affect some sounds a bit too much when Iād sometimes prefer to just use the pitch shifting, modulation system, and effects tab almost like a standalone multi-FX plugin, similar to SerumFX from Xfer Serum. Would it be possible to add a bypass specifically for the Character mode (or maybe some kind of āNeutralā Character mode) so we could still take advantage of the resynthesis controls (mostly pitch and formant, since controls like Shape probably wouldnāt make much sense without a Character mode anyway), freeze functionality like a granular effect, the spectrum controls, and the voices/effects sections? Hope you like the idea for a future update <3</p>

Minimal Audio All Access Philosophy
Iām a āAll accessā User and Supporter. Every month I spend 15⬠to get all content since years, but I more and more realized that was bullshit, frankly speaking, who is using āall contentā - the answer "- no one! Always when a anniversary offer appears, I feel like āIām the idiot that spends monthly money, even if I donāt use any pluginā donāt get me wrong, the plugins are great, but I donāt use them every track or production, like noone else. So where is the advantage to use all access? The answer, there is no advantage, it is a disadvantage and not a small one. You find deals for 50% or less on different deals pages from time to time, and the anniversary or bundle deals you canāt use with the all access money. As a marketing Specialist, I understand, go to a deal page, offer a older plugin for 9,99⬠is a good chance to get new customers, but - For All access users itās like a slap in the face, you can buy it for the deal price, but you have to spend money again, and the money you have already spend, you keep it to buy plugins or expansion you maybe use a few times. So if you donāt give the all access users any possibility to use that in sales or bundles, I recommend everyone that think about it, better wait for deals or anniversary sales to buy plugins. It is not that big advantage you want to sell, it is a disadvantage at the end. And all readers of this post need to keep in mind, we are not talking about material products that have a production line, materials that need to buy to produce it, it is a one time development with improvements from time to time, but nothing you will loose money when you sell it for a cheaper price to customers that support you many months or years. Someone will say, ya, that is written somewhere in the terms bla bla, but if you want to transparent to the customers, you should wrote this in a big font a clear for every subscriber āit canāt be used for discounts or bundlesā You should rethink about this situation, maybe a solution is to pay like 20% on top of the all access money to make both sided happy. Best wishes at all

MID-SIDE BALANCE CONTROL - FUSE COMPRESSOR
Hi, I was just over on the Discord to ask whether Fuse Compressor has a Mid-Side balance control, and Ben suggested I come here to park my request. For reference and to give you the background see this discussion: https://discord.com/channels/1192576680997433354/1192576681723035690/1497809019145031710 The situation is this: Fuse Compressor has a mid-side mode, and it has the ability to delink its two channels. (L/R in stereo mode, or mid and side in mid-side mode). But it lacks the ability to pan/balance the amount of compression being done on the two channels, once they are being run de-linked. In normal, stereo mode, no big deal. It would be a pretty odd case where somebody would want to assign more (or all) compression to the left channel as compared to the right. However⦠in mid-side mode, that no longer applies. In fact, the most common use case for a mid-side compression setup is where the low/sub sides of the signal are dipping occasionally into antiphase territory and need to be corrected. In those situations, the mid-side compressor is skewed/balanced to have stronger (or only) compression on the sides, while applying less (or no) compression to the mids. On the discord, we discussed that this can be done with some creative routing in the DAW for Fuse Compressor standalone. But my actual situation/use case is that I am making presets for Current, with Fuse Compressor as my onboard mid-side compressor. But it lacks the mid-side balance control needed to focus more/all of the compression to the sides to help control antiphase issues as they inherently crop up in the presets. So this goes beyond Fuse Compressor itself or workarounds in the DAW, to being an actual functionality enabling request for Current itself: the ability to dial in (in mid-side mode in particular) how much relative compression is being done on each channel. sometimes folks will want all the compression on the sides, but none on the mids. Other times, all in the mids, none in the sides. And yet other times, some balance in between of the two. If you need an example of a compressor that has this ability, take a look at Pro C2. That has a simple panning knob for mid side that goes from 100% mids/0% sides, to 0% mids/100% sides and any variable amount in between. This is what makes a mid-side compressor so valuable. Being able to compress mids and sides separately in variable amounts in relation to each other, after de-linking the two compressor channels from each other. If you have any questions, probably best to hit me up over on Discord to get my attention. Thanks. -Keith.

poly flanger restart modulation on play
at least in ableton, poly flanger keeps the modulation going (even in beat sync mode) when you stop playback, resulting in the modulation being out of sync when you resume playback. the phase doesnāt reset when you automate the on/off either, nor can I find any other sort of work around to make keep the modulation in time. honestly, this makes the plugin kind of unusable without getting a lucky resample. so many other plugins have this feature available, I would think this would be an easy fix? please fix this because I was really loving the sounds I was getting out of this plugin, but I really canāt use it this way!

Hi, I use Current in a live performance setup and would love to be able to switch presets via MIDI Program Change. Are there any plans to implement this? Thanks.

Plugin Idea - Volcanic Waveshaper
Basically aimed as a plugin evolution to Rift, Volcanic Waveshaper builds on the concept of Riftās positive and negative waveshapes, but instead, relies on wavetables to achieve the said effect. Riftās individual waveshapes can be reproduced as stock wavetables.

Delta solo and curve adjustment of the built-in clipper.
I noticed that no hotkeys are assigned to this button (Ctrl + Left Mouse Button, for example). It simply switches between three modes. But I think we could make it a bit more user-friendly: If one of the two limiting modes is enabled, the "delta solo" function becomes available, allowing you to listen separately to the distortion introduced by the clipper. I suggest assigning this by clicking the icon with Alt + Left Mouse Button. While holding Shift + dragging with the Left Mouse Button up and down, the clipper curve will change, making it either softer or more aggressive. This can be indicated by a color gradient from red to violet and by updating the curve icon instead of using a static image. Consequently, only one mode will be needed instead of two. This will make the final clipping more flexible and clean. The delta solo function is quite important for effects that can introduce significant distortion, such as a clipper.

Additional Randomization Options in Current
Would would nice to have a seed-based randomization option in current/all fx so that you could get pseudo randomized movement that is the same every time the playhead is launched Would nice to have an unlimited discrete note-on modulator that you could assign to things that youāre not taking up modulation slots with randomized s&h modulators in trigger mode

Envelope Follower input filter
It would be really helpful for envelope followers (in Rift, Current etc.) to be able to have their input high passed so that its only responding to higher frequencies ā sounds with big subs can sometimes really kneecap the usefulness of the follower.

Features for Granulator in Current
Would be really cool to have an option to alternate panning on grains in the granulator, so that every panned in a pingpong like manner rather than just fully random. Additionally, it would be nice to have this feature on a slide so you could slowly fade into full ping grains. Allows for really mono stable stereo width at high rates (when grains donāt overlap). Iād love if there was a way to have pitch tracking in the grain rate in the granular engine of current function independently from the underlying sample repitching. Right now if you import a sample that isnāt in c, and use the pitch adjustment function in the granular engine to line it up with the keys (e.g. adjusting a sample in D down two semi tones to be in C), adjusting the grain rate pitch tracking up to +48 will also be shifted so it no longer is locked to the proper pitch. Only way around it a the moment is prepitching the sample to C before importing it into current. Adjusting the tuning also changes the way the pitch tracks at the moment. Would be cool to have pitch randomization quantizing so that you could set a randomization for grains to be repitched by octaves or fifths rather than just at any pitch.

Couple of suggestions
a) for the core fx, make the modulation a curve (based on Current) for additional modulation options and make it backward compatible with the existing modulation/effect system) b) add additional chorus modes to flex chorus (eg chaos based modulation, micro-doppler or tiny continuous pitch shifts) and ripple phaser

Modulators for external effects.
Demonstration of the problem: As can be seen in the video, the filter fails to keep up with external modulation once it exceeds a certain speed threshold. This imposes limitations on the precision of working with effects when fast triggering is required. Solution: Simply add one or two Curve modulators to the external effects related to real-time sound manipulation, similar to those already present in Current (ideally, also replace the stock ones if possible, to add flexibility in working with the modulator's curve-even one Curve modulator would change a lot): Wave Shifter, Ripple Phaser, Morph EQ, Hybrid Filter. There should also be the ability to synchronize the modulators with the host in the usual way and via MIDI trigger. What problem does this solve: The problem of being unable to work precisely with rapid parameter changes, since external modulators and automations do not possess that level of synchronization with the VST.

Add notes / description to presets
It would be very helpful if there was a way to add a description or notes and save them with a preset. And then to be able to view them when browsing presets.

request: preset lock
very new to Current, and an issue Iāve already run into a few times is that when working with fx for a patch Iāll go to flip through that fxās presets and accidentally change the entire patch preset and lose everything Iāve been working on. Sure this could be resolved by me just being more careful, and I will get better with it as I get used to it. But with such similar preset selection bars right next to each other it would be great if there was a setting so that it asks if Iām sure I want to change the main preset before it does once I modified the init patch. If there is already something like this please let me know where to find it. thanks!
