make Taps (Cluster Delay, Flex Chorus) automateable

Iit would be SO awesome to have the Taps control exposed to the DAW so i could attach it to a macro. i use cluster delay and flex chorus so much that i have a few ableton macro racks set up for specific use cases, but not being able to control the # of voices without opening the UI really limits how helpful this can be.

(this also goes for rift’s pre/post filter toggle but i’ve already posted about that)
