poly flanger restart modulation on play

at least in ableton, poly flanger keeps the modulation going (even in beat sync mode) when you stop playback, resulting in the modulation being out of sync when you resume playback. the phase doesn’t reset when you automate the on/off either, nor can I find any other sort of work around to make keep the modulation in time.

honestly, this makes the plugin kind of unusable without getting a lucky resample. so many other plugins have this feature available, I would think this would be an easy fix? please fix this because I was really loving the sounds I was getting out of this plugin, but I really can’t use it this way!
