FR: Add "Clear and Assign All" to Mod Matrix

This button would assign whatever the current modulation values are to each modulation point, remove all modulation mappings, and (potentially) reset modulators to their default settings.

I forget what synth recently added this feature but it’s incredible for customizing presets. I often find presets with a timbre I love, but modulation I want to remove/customize to fit the vibe/rhythm of my track.

With “Clear and Assign All”, I can find a preset with a timbre I like, clear the modulation and then hook up modulation to things I want.
