Current: Noise Oscillator

There’s already a “hidden” noise oscillator that can be used as a modulation source for oscillator FM/AM etc, but it would be great to expose this as a fully-fledged noise oscillator. That way, we could have control over filtering, slope, stereo correlation etc. Give us more tools to make fizz! :D
