Swarm Reverb is a great effect with decent sound. However, considering the concept of all the company's effects, it doesn’t fully unlock its potential, nor the potential of the Current synthesizer. A Convolver mode would open up possibilities for creating natural reverberations, as well as new opportunities for sound design. Since IR (Impulse Response) can convey not only room information but also effects like Disperser, which is very popular in modern sound design. Additionally, we shouldn’t forget that through IR, we can color our basses for Color Bass music and create Gun basses for Tearout Dubstep.

The Current synthesizer, on its own, is very well-suited for such sounds. However, the lack of a Convolver mode prevents it from fully entering this world. The absence of this feature forces us to use external effects outside of the Current synthesizer, which means missing out on the ability to combine impulses with internal effects and compatibility with projects during collaborations when exchanging presets.
And a mandatory feature of this mode should be the ability to pass specific frequencies through it. This was perfectly illustrated by the producer Oddprophet in the video linked above. This is quite important for preserving low and high frequencies, as there are cases when the impulse should not be applied to the entire spectrum. And, of course, we need features like stretching, pitch shifting, IR sample duration adjustment, as well as Fade In and Fade Out.
