Allow "Clear Delay" able to become automated/midi programmable, on or off.

There reasoning for this request would be to automate the clear delay.

Example use case: When a playing a chord progression, such as a pluck with the lowest note that is the same as the sub bass such as B#, then you play a second chord that has a different lowest note “bass note” such as C, the feeback from the previous chord progression and would play into the next progression, meaning the old B# bass note would trail into the new C lowest note. This is not what you want. Clear Delay would allow you to clean up feedback whenever you need it, for cleaning mixes such as this, or other creative uses such as building risers.

By allowing automation of “Clear Delay” we are able to kill the delay everytime we do not want previous delay bleeding into our next chord progression.

This is a relatively simple update that would bring substantial use.
